Sustainable Wellbeing

hello

Tools I Trust & Use

At Rooted Practice, sustainability isn’t just a concept applied to work, it extends to the body, the environment, and the systems we participate in.

Over the years, I’ve become increasingly intentional about the products I use personally and recommend professionally. Not because they promise transformation, but because small, consistent supports matter.

Wellbeing is not built through intensity.
It’s built through daily choices.

As an work psychologist, I’m interested in systems and that includes biological systems.

Sleep, nutrition, skin health, stress regulation, these are not superficial concerns. They shape how we show up at work, how we recover, and how sustainably we can lead and live.

At the same time, the environmental and ethical footprint of what we consume matters too.

For me, the question has always been:

Can we choose tools that support both personal wellbeing and wider sustainability?

The Partnership I’ve Chosen

For over a decade, I’ve personally used products from Arbonne, as a customer. They are a certified B Corporation focused on plant-based, cruelty-free formulations and ethical business practices.

I don’t align lightly.

What drew me, and what has kept me, is:

  • A commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility

  • A long-standing focus on ingredient transparency

  • A business model that enables women to build income and community

  • A culture rooted in feminine leadership and collaboration

This isn’t about quick fixes.
It’s about thoughtful, long-term support.

A Note on Integrity

You’ll never find urgency, pressure, or exaggerated claims here.

If I share something, it’s because:

  • I use it

  • I believe in the company’s values

  • It aligns with the ethos of Rooted Practice

There is no expectation to purchase, join, or participate.

Choice is central.

Exploring Ethical Income Pathways

Alongside my work at Rooted Practice, I also support women who are curious about building ethical, values-led income streams.

For some, that includes exploring Arbonne as a business pathway.

This is not a replacement for alternative meaningful work , nor is it presented as an escape from it.

For many women, it’s:

  • A supplementary income stream

  • A way to build flexibility

  • A community-based model of business

  • A long-term, sustainable growth opportunity

These conversations happen transparently and without pressure.

They can sit entirely separate from my other services, or complement them, if aligned.

If You’re Curious

If you’d like to explore:

  • The products I personally use

  • The values behind the company

  • Or what ethical, community-based income could look like

You’re welcome to reach out.

There’s no script.
Just conversation.

Rooted in Evidence. Nature. Choice.

Wellbeing is not a performance.
Business is not a competition.
Leadership is not endurance.

Everything here, including the tools we use, should support sustainable, livable lives.
